Below are some of the more common questions people ask us about Management Roundtable FastTrack - what we offer and how we do things. This is just a partial list, so please feel free to call (800 338 2223 or 781 891 8080) or email us info@roundtable.com with any other questions you may have.
1. What payment forms do you accept?
We accept checks (US dollars), AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard. You may also choose to be invoiced. Membership is activated upon receipt of payment
2. Is my membership term on a calendar year or is it based on my join date?
It is based on your join date.
3. Can I download sample research?
Joining is risk-free (see #4 below); we recommend signing up as a full member to access the research that is of most interest to you. A limited number of documents are accessible to registered users. You may register for free. Click here
4. What is the cancellation policy?
Our no-risk guarantee means you may cancel at any time for a full refund. Please notify us in writing to cancel your membership.
5. Is it possible to get a shorter term than one year?
We only offer one year (or longer) memberships.
6. Is there a team or corporate rate?
FastTrack membership is designed for individuals. Documents may be shared with your team, but there are no team or corporate rates.
7. Are MRT conferences and/or audiosessions included?
FastTrack members are able to view and download transcripts, summaries and audio files from MRT audiosessions as well as highlights, key learnings and select presentation slides from MRT conferences. Attendance at events has fees which are separate from FastTrack membership. This allows us to keep membership rates at an affordable level; you only pay for what you use. (Note: An audiosession subscription is available - please contact us for details)
8. Are member discounts offered on MRT events?
FastTrack members receive special offers and discounts throughout the year on MRT activities and publications; invitations are sent directly to members. To receive a conference discount, we require that the member of record register for the conference by phone.
